AI connector (MCP server)
Ask your AI assistant about your buildings.
From the assistant your organisation already uses: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini Enterprise. Ask in your own words and get answers from your buildings’ real data.
Which weekday do most people come into the office?
Checking Orpheus…
Tuesday. At the daily peak, 64% of desks are taken on Tuesdays; on Fridays, just 14%.
Peak occupancy by weekday
And what time is it fullest on Tuesdays?
Checking Orpheus…
Between 11:00 and 12:00. At lunchtime it drops by half, and in the afternoon it never gets back to the peak.
Tuesday, occupancy by hour
What you can ask
The way you’d ask an analyst.
- What was the building’s peak occupancy in September, and on which day?
- Which weekday is busiest? At what time on Tuesdays is the open space fullest?
- How much are our meeting rooms used? Which are used least? Are they too big for the groups using them?
- Which rooms had the worst air last month?
- Are there comfort alerts open right now?
- Compare last week with the week before. Which floor was busiest?
- Which spaces don’t measure comfort or count people, and what would we need?
- What does “seat fill” mean?
How to connect
Three steps, no code.
Orpheus has its own MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, the open standard that Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini Enterprise use to connect to other tools.
- 1
Orpheus switches it on
For your buildings and for each person who should use it. Ask your Orpheus account manager.
- 2
Add the address to your assistant
Paste the server address into your assistant: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini Enterprise.
https://api.orph.eus/mcp - 3
Sign in with your Orpheus account
The Orpheus page opens: sign in with your usual login, check the buildings and click Connect. No code or key to paste.
Where to add it
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- IT adds it once in Copilot Studio as a Model Context Protocol tool, with OAuth dynamic discovery, and publishes the agent to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Claude
- Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- ChatGPT Business or Enterprise
- Settings › Apps & Connectors › Create.
- Google Gemini Enterprise
- Ask us for your organisation’s connection details (support@orph.eus). Your Gemini Enterprise admin adds Orpheus as a custom MCP server with the address and those details, and each person signs in with their Orpheus account.
What it knows
Your whole building, in one conversation.
- Buildings and spaces
- Floors, areas, rooms, seats per space type and how many devices are installed.
- Occupancy
- Daily peaks, busiest and quietest days, the average by weekday and the day’s rhythm in 15-minute slots, by floor and against the previous period. It understands “last week” or “last month”, and tells you why a day has no figures, such as a holiday or a closed day.
- Meeting rooms
- The share of open hours they’re in use, group sizes, seat fill, the most and least used rooms, and how many are in use at once on busy days.
- Comfort
- Temperature, CO₂, humidity and noise per room, starting with the ones that need attention most.
- Alerts
- The comfort alerts that are open right now.
- Coverage
- Which spaces count people, which only detect presence and which don’t measure comfort yet, with a CountSensor or MultiSensor recommendation.
- Glossary
- What each metric means and how it’s calculated.
Figures cover completed days, up to yesterday, for periods of up to 92 days (30 unless you say otherwise).
For IT and data protection
Read-only, and only what you can already see.
- Read-only
- It can’t book, change settings or acknowledge alerts. Nor does it export raw data.
- Aggregated and anonymous
- Aggregated indicators only. The sensors count people anonymously: there’s no personal data about the people in the building.
- The same buildings as in the app
- Each person sees exactly the buildings they already see in Orpheus.
- No device or network details
- It never shares device identifiers, models, suppliers, connectivity or battery levels.
- With your Orpheus account
- Sign-in with OAuth 2.1 and each person’s Orpheus login: the password never reaches the AI platform. Access lasts 1 hour and renews for up to 30 days, with rotating tokens stored hashed. Only the known callback addresses of Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google can receive sign-in codes.
- No conversations stored
- Orpheus records only who, which tool, which building, when and the outcome. It never stores questions, answers or conversations.
- Your platform, your contract
- The AI platform is the one your organisation chose and contracted, and your organisation is the controller of that processing.
- Switched off instantly
- Access can be withdrawn for one person or the whole company, and it stops at the next request. Anyone can also disconnect it in their assistant at any time.

Shall we switch it on for your buildings?
It’s an add-on switched on per building and per person. Ask your Orpheus account manager, or leave us your name and email.
