OrpheusMeet

Meeting rooms that run themselves.

The meeting room booking system with a screen on every room’s door. With a sensor inside, the meeting checks itself in and the room frees itself without anyone tapping anything.

Your team keeps booking as usual: from Outlook, Teams or Google Calendar.

Checks itself in

It detects that the group has arrived. Nobody has to tap anything.

Frees itself

If the group leaves or doesn’t show up, the room is free again.

Takes you to the right room

Even if you’re standing at another one, the tablet guides you to the room that fits your group.

The check-in problem

People don’t check in. Orpheus does.

Other tablets cancel the booking if nobody taps “We’re here” in the first 10 minutes. But people walk in, sit down and tap nothing: the room is released with the group inside, and another group turns up to an occupied room.

Meet doesn’t wait for the button. It detects that the group has arrived and checks in for them. And when they leave without tapping “We’re done”, it taps it for them and frees the room.

They left early: room freed

Booking, check-in and release rely on what the room measures, not on someone remembering to tap. You switch it on room by room: start with a few and expand when you see it working.

Booking

Invite your team. Meet finds the room.

Create the meeting in Outlook, Teams or Google as usual. Meet counts how many of you there are, checks which rooms are free at that time and books the one that fits. The big rooms stay free for big groups.

And if you book at the door, the tablet suggests the free room that best fits your group, even if you’re standing at another one.

You create the meeting and invite 5 people. That makes 6.

There are two of them, and Costa Brava seats eight.

On the tablet

Book room
One tap, at the door. If another room suits the group better, the tablet takes you there.
We’re here
Confirms the meeting has started. If nobody taps it, Meet confirms when it detects the group.
We’re done
Frees the room early. If nobody taps it, Meet does it when it sees the group has left.
More time
Extends by 15, 30 or 45 minutes if the calendar allows.

At the door

You see it from the corridor. Without opening the calendar.

A light strip and a large screen answer the only question that matters before you walk in: can I use this room?

Up close, the screen tells you everything.

The screen

With our tablet, or with the screens you already have.

The simplest option

Our tablet

A wall-mounted tablet with a light strip around the screen that you can see from the corridor. A single network cable gives it power and connectivity (PoE). It arrives configured for Meet and you manage it from Orpheus. It’s part of Orpheus Gear.

Already have screens on the doors?

If they’re open

We install Meet on them

If they’re open, Android-type screens, Meet can run on them. Some manufacturers lock them down and won’t let you install anything. Tell us the model and we’ll confirm.

If you can’t change them

Meet as the brain

Your screens stay. We put a sensor in each room and Meet works through the calendar: it checks in, releases and books on its own. Your screens show it as always, but now they tell the truth.

Not sure which case is yours? Tell us which screens you have and we’ll tell you which option fits.

Where to start

Without sensors, it’s already a great room tablet. With sensors, it has superpowers.

You can start with just Meet on the door: it does everything you’d expect from a room tablet, and does it well. Add a sensor and the room no longer depends on someone tapping a button.

Tablet only

As good as the best.

  • Free, booked or in use, visible from the corridor.
  • Book and extend time at the door.
  • Suggests the room that fits your group.
  • Works with your calendar, plus a simple panel to manage the tablets.

With a sensor in the room

Autopilot.

Hands-free check-in

Detects that the group has arrived and checks the meeting in for them.

Goodbye, ghost rooms

If nobody shows up, or the group leaves early, the room is free again.

Walk in and it’s yours

If someone walks in without a booking, the room books itself in the calendar.
