Customer story · SEAT:CODE
Wellbeing you can prove.
SEAT:CODE was working towards WELL certification for its Barcelona office. With Orpheus it saw which booths and rooms weren’t renewing the air properly, fixed it with the supplier and the building’s maintenance team, and knows real occupancy hour by hour.

The challenge
Certify wellbeing, don’t assume it.
The main challenge was to certify the wellbeing of the people in the office, through WELL. That called for a system to guarantee that every parameter was covered and that the office really was in optimal conditions for people to feel at ease.
How it started
Orpheus moved with them.
SEAT:CODE already used Orpheus in its previous office. When it moved to the new one, Orpheus came along: the same system to manage how the office, its meeting rooms and its phone booths are used.
What changed
Problems you can see, and fix.
- 01
Booths that weren’t renewing the air
The data showed that the meeting booths weren’t renewing the air properly. Data in hand, SEAT:CODE worked with the supplier to adapt them.
- 02
Air and temperature, with maintenance
When a meeting room renews the air poorly or the temperature peaks, they see it and work on it with the building’s maintenance team.
- 03
Real occupancy, hour by hour
Every day they know how many people are in the office, hour by hour. That’s how they optimise the use of meeting rooms and hot-desk areas.
- 04
Sustainability, with evidence
With EU sustainability regulation on the horizon for 2030, the data lets them get ahead and show that the carbon footprint can be reduced.
I would definitely recommend Orpheus: it has been 100% the right call.
